The house was built 130 years ago and was recently refurbished. Now it offers all the necessary comforts for a relaxing holidays: a 220m² area, a swimming pool, barbecue area, a beautiful garden, 4 bedrooms, kitchen, a living room, a common bathroom and a private bathroom.
The atmosphere around the house is quiet and peaceful! A warm fireplace for the winter and a refreshing swimming pool for the summer will convince you that “Casa do Lugarinho” is perfect for any time of the year.
You will find some “Levadas” nearby (5 minutes on foot). If you rent a car, you can find several restaurants, banks and pharmacies in 5 minutes.
The house capacity up to 8 people and you can request a crib.

To get to “Casa do Lugarinho” you should should follow the Via Express: Airport> Funchal> Ribeira Brava> Ponta do Sol> Madalena do Mar> Calheta> Prazeres.
In Prazeres, you will find a roundabout near Raposeira. The “Casa do Lugarinho” is this parish. You should exit the roundabout and follow towards the sea where it says "local traffic". After leaving the roundabout, take the first left and then immediately take the right towards the sea. The “Casa do Lugarinho” is at the end of this street.

For any no-show on time or booking cancellation made within 7 days before the day of arrival, the forfeiture amount will be 30% of the total stay.
